What's behind our name Pro1 Security?
 Pro1 Security is a division
of a Canadian based company Pro One Multimedia Services Ltd that is
solely owned and operated by Canadian Residents. A company
that has rich roots and a clear understanding of the Canadian and
International Security
industry. A company that came from small beginnings and now
services clients in both Canada and the United States.
The parent company originally
incorporated in 1991and provided services to a variety of small business
and corporate clients in many sectors including Security business
management services. With a serious interest in the safety and
security of the family and businesses since 2000 Pro1 Security a
division of Pro One Multimedia Services Ltd became a natural
extension as our focus moved extensively into the Security Industry.

are why we are passionate about what we do, because we see the true
value of all people. We believe in family and community, we
also believe everyone has the right to live and work in a safe and
protected environment. Our philosophy is to provide Professional
Services, using the latest in technology advancements in the Security
industry. We combine that philosophy with the belief of building a
company based on the strengths of the key people in our organization.
In keeping with our philosophies
that people are valuable we have caring, highly trained and professional
staff to assist our clients. All staff members have input into the
direction of the company and key employees also are part of our benefits program. Why do we do this? We believe that people
are the real assets in our society, not buildings or equipment.
People make the difference and by making each staff member a part of our
success, they too have pride in what we are doing and understand that

standing history of Entrepreneurial Spirit having been self employed for
over 25 years. What does that kind of spirit mean to you?
Well... it means we understand commitment and that we have experience in
business and providing superior products and services. We treat
people as individuals not as numbers.

the largest company or fasted growing from us even if it were the case.
Our focus has never been on numbers, we service each client one client
at a time as if they were the only client and we like to keep it that
way.

 In keeping with good business
practices and the guidelines that are set out for the security industry
by CANASA we use only high end products for our clients that meet ULC
requirements. We have only qualified Technicians. All the
technicians at Pro1 Security are fully trained through our in house
training program. Along with our extensive in house training
program many of our technicians have also completed the CANASA certified
training program and all of our technicians are licensed and bonded.
Lead technicians must have a minimum of 3 years industry practicum under
the supervision of a senior technician.
In addition to the right equipment
and the right training of staff, as part of our ongoing commitment to
safety we insure that ALL employees have a thorough background check
done by the local Police or RCMP to ensure you are receiving top quality
service while feeling completely safe in your own home or business. Please ask our Technicians and
Promotions Team for their I.D. badge, when they come to your home or
business.
